RETURNS
We accept returns of new, unworn items in accordance with the following terms:

Non-personalized items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Personalized cufflinks pieces are crafted exclusively for you and, as such, are not eligible for refunds. However, they may be returned for exchange or store credit within 60 days of delivery.
All return requests must be submitted in advance and approved by our customer care team. Kindly note: we operate a designated return facility, and any item shipped to an unauthorised address will regrettably not be processed.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
Please be advised:

Orders containing personalized name cufflinks are entered into production promptly, and thus cannot be fully cancelled after the 2-hour grace period. These items will remain eligible for exchange or store credit only.

If your order has already shipped, it must be returned in accordance with our standard return process.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Should you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are here to assist.

If the item is covered under warranty and reported within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly issue a replacement or full refund for eligible jewelry pieces.

GIFT CARDS
All gift card purchases are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
